There is a software (or plugin. I couldn't remember) for a wordpress blog you can use. It converts links to amazon affiliate links into cloaked links and is able to pull content and comments from amazon and turn it into words search engine could read. It is very different from iframe. However, the creator charged a fee. Reviewazon is pretty nice and I have seen the preview of the software and how it works in a blog. Once I finish managing my current blogs, I will head over there.
