There is one program that I have seen that I believe is the real deal. That is the Site Build It program. This is the program that I have seen recommended by an affiliate network. You will see the Site Build It logo at a lot of good websites.
I am an admin in a forum for a WYSIWG html editor. Part of the responsibility is to check out registrants to make sure that they are real people (the forum has a zero spam policy).
